“Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would like to request the following information: 1. A list of all current salary pay bands or grading structures in use at Public Health Scotland, including any published or internal grade descriptors.
2.The number of employees currently paid:
(a)within the standard Public Health Scotland pay scales;
(b)outwith or above the standard pay scales, including those on bespoke oralternative salary arrangements.
3.For employees paid outside the standard grading system (as referenced in2b), please provide:
-The number of such employees;
-A brief description of their roles;
-The rationale or framework under which these pay arrangements apply.
4.If available, please provide the organisation’s policy or internal guidancegoverning the use of off-scale salaries, market supplements, or non-standard pay arrangements.
