They include step-by-step instructions to support people and demonstrate how to take a HPV self-sample.
There is also a video which shows you how to take your sample.
The instruction leaflet and video (between 01:27-02:06) include medical illustrations of detailed body parts to explain how to perform HPV self‑sampling.
