Description
The 2018 GMS contract established the Pharmacotherapy service as a key element to reduce GP workload and improve patient care.
The Pharmacotherapy team in NHS Forth Valley worked with eHealth to develop a template within the EMIS system to capture workload activities delivered by the team.
In 2021, LIST began working with the Pharmacotherapy team leads to identify key service activity metrics.
Through collaboration with e-Health and Primary Care teams, regular data extracts from EMIS system were arranged to support service monitoring and evaluation.
